Returns:
1) We offer a no fuss 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. You will need to pay for the return postage costs however and must inform us that the item has been returned/ provide a tracking reference. All refunds will be processed within 7 days of the items being received at our warehouse.
2) For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 14 days by e-mail through eBay only. We will then respond to each message on a case-by-case basis and advise of the next step to secure a refund/replacement.
3) If a wrong item is received, you must contact us within 7 days via the eBay messaging service only. We will then respond on a case-by-case basis advising on how to return the item for a replacement or a refund. We will cover the minimal return postage costs in this case but you must email us first.
