On weekdays, most orders will ship within 24 hours. In fact, if you place your order before 1PM EST, there is a good chance your order will go out the same day. We do not ship during the weekends. All items are shipped by the United States Postal Service and include delivery confirmation if available. We offer a variety of shipping options such as First-Class, Priority, Media Mail and Parcel Post.

However, if for some reason you need to return an item we will gladly accept your return for a full refund under our 14-day refund policy. The returned item must be mailed back to us within 5 days of receipt and must be received in sellable condition.
