Payment:

Paypal, or Cash on Pick-up are accepted. Credit Card payments can be made through the PayPal system.

Paypal payments are to be completed within 3 days of the auction finishing or committing to Buy It Now.

Cash on pick-up is to be completed within 7 days of the auction finishing.

Goods not paid for within the above timeframes and where no other arrangements have been made may be relisted without further notice.

If you are purchasing more than one item within the 3 day period, please email me ASAP to confirm payment arrangements and combining your goods for shipping and discounts.

Shipping:

“COMBINED SHIPPING” That Other Store is happy to combine your purchases for ease of logistics and to provide shipping discounts. If you want to combine goods for shipping and discounts please confirm this ASAP via email. Savings will be shown in a combined invoice emailed to you prior to payment and shipping. If cleared payment is received without prior advice requesting combined shipping and discounts for other items, it may not be available.

“DESPATCH” will normally be made the same or following business day after cleared payment has been received unless you are purchasing other items and would like to combine shipping. All items are sent on normal business days only. This allows the item to be scanned and initiate the online tracking for the item. Some smaller items, as described below, may be lodged directly in an Australia Post Box on any day.

Most items will be despatched via Australia Post. An alternative mode of transport may be used if necessary due to the nature of the item being shipped or if available when combining items to reduce costs.

Free “PICK UP” is available most days based on prior arrangements being made. 

“TRACKING” Unless mentioned otherwise, all parcels are quoted and despatched with tracking to help provide assurance your goods will arrive at their destination. “TRACKING” is not applicable for smaller items up to 20mm thick and less than 500grams. These items will be sent via Standard Australia Post “Letter Services”. If you require tracking on these items it can be arranged however' all additional charges for this will be met by the buyer. Please email prior to payment for your goods so the extra cost can be added to your invoice. That Other Store will add your tracking number to your purchase record on eBay after the consignment is lodged with Australia Post.

Unless otherwise stated, if another mode of transport is used due to the nature of the item being shipped or to reduce combined shipping costs it will also provide tracking. 

“INSURANCE” All shipping is done with the appropriate care and packaging required. However, That Other Store will not be held responsible for loss or damage after the goods have been consigned with the transport provider. If you require insurance for the items being sent, it can be arranged however all additional charges for this will be met by the buyer. As a guide ONLY a signature on delivery should cost $2.95 insurance should cost $1.50 per $100 value (or part thereof) up to a maximum of $5000 cover.

If "FREE SHIPPING" is noted in any listing, it is for Standard Delivery within Australia. There will be an option for “EXPRESS SHIPPING” available during the checkout process. Please select and pay accordingly if this option is required.

NOTES  TO “ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS”:  

The sale price of this listing does not include any applicable Customs, Duty and/or Tax charges. These are other costs which may be applicable to you for import into your country and are to be paid by the buyer.

“TRACKING” may not be available with all services to all international destinations. It will be provided if available.

All International Shipping will be done via Australia Post, including “All Standard Required Documentation” for the export of the goods from Australia. Any other requirements, paperwork or otherwise, for export or import into your country is the responsibility of the buyer. In saying that, That Other Store is happy to help with anything which may need to happen.
