listing. The majority of DVD’s that we carry are Region 0 – which means they can be played
by any DVD player anywhere in the World.

Notes on DVD formats: The DVD format is specified towards the top of this listing. PAL is
primarily designed for use in PAL regions such as the UK, Australia etc, whereas NTSC is
primarily designed for NTSC regions such as USA, Canada, Japan etc. That being said the
vast majority of DVD players and televisions support multi-region and so for the majority of
people you should be able to watch any DVD disc format regardless. However, if you have an
old TV you may experience difficulties with playback for foreign formats, but the disc will still
be able to be played on any PC or laptop as they are not reliant on a television format. We
are unable to accept returns for television format issues as this is outside of our control.

Returns Policy: To help keep prices low and due to our stocks being clearance sale items
offered at the cheapest possible rates we do not usually accept returns. Due to the nature of
DVD and Blu-Ray products we do not accept returns on these items, unless faulty whereupon
they will be exchanged like-for-like for an identical product. For clothing and equipment
products all faulty items will be replaced like-for-like with an identical item of the same size
and colour – please be sure to order the right size in the first place, and please contact prior
to purchase with any questions regarding sizing. You are responsible for any return costs,
and shipping fees are not refundable as we are unable to recover this cost. This does not
