SHIPPING

We ship to both the UK and Europe.

We aim to dispatch the next working day after receipt of payment.

Please note that we are a business so orders that are received on a Saturday/Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Our free postage is for UK orders only, these are sent by standard 2nd class Royal Mail, delivery time for this service is usually 3 days from date of dispatch. European orders will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail service and delivery time is usually 3-5 days. If ordering from outside the UK or you require a different postage method then please feel free to contact us for a quote.

RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are unhappy with your item then please send us a e-mail within 7 days of receipt.

A full refund for the value of the item or an exchange will be offered if you are unhappy with your purchase. In all cases the item must be received back in it's original condition and with all it's original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the return postage.Please note that we do not refund return postage costs.

No responsibility can be given for items lost or damaged in the post as this is out of our control.
