 We aim for same day dispatch on all orders placed by 3pm on working days (Mon-Fri)

Returns Information

If you are not happy with your item you can return it in the original packaging and with all tags attached within 60 days.  Goods must be returned carriage paid. The purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made less the cost of postage and packaging.

If your item is faulty or we have sent something different to what you ordered, again please return it to us within 60 days and we will either send a replacement or give a full refund including the cost of postage and packaging.

Please make sure if returning goods that you have included in the parcel, your name and order number and returns authorisation number if provided with one.
