SHIPPING:

We ship using UPS Ground, Fedex, or USPS Priority Mail.If you need any other service such as overnight please email us before we ship your item for additional fees. For International Shipping we will ship your package using USPS priority mail international service only. For AFO/APO AK, HI, PR and US Territories we will ship your package using USPS priority mail service only. When your order is shipped you will receive tracking information. Any additional items purchased to receive discount must be shipped with your first item purchased. We do not ship on weekends. See below charts for all shipping rates.

If the shipping cost is less than the $29.50 charged we will reimburse you the difference.

Any additional taxes or customs fees that the buyers home country may charge are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please do not ask us to mark your package as a gift or reduce the value of your items purchased to avoid these charges.

RETURN POLICY:

We will accept a return under the following conditions:

• Shoes must be returned in the same new condition within fourteen days after receiving your package.
• You must inform us before you return the shoes.
• After fourteen days we do not accept returns.
• The shoes must be returned in the same box as received. All tags, dust covers, booklets and whatever else was shipped with your shoes must be returned.
• We do not accept returns on watches, accessories, handbags or wallets.
• We do not accept returns on shoes that have been worn or used.
• There will be a nominal 10% restocking fee on all shoes returned to cover the shipping fees and expenses to list an item.
• There is no restocking fees for exchanges, so if you need to return your shoes please check our store to see if we have a pair that you would like to exchange for. We have thousands of shoes to choose from.
• If shoes are returned worn or with scuff marks on the bottom there will be a 30% restocking fee, so we suggest that you try them on inside on carpet.
• Domestic or International shipping fees will not be refunded.
