We dispatch all orders within 2 working days,all orders are sent second class for free, however if you wish to receive your item sooner, please select a faster postage option.

We do accept returns for faulty products ONLY when customised. Returns must be posted back in the condition you received them - Clean, Folded, Unworn. We will not accept returns that have been Worn, are Dirty, not Folded or Received outside the return period. Buyer must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Buyer pays return postage. We only refund original postage costs if the return is accepted under our return policy and the Distance selling regulations. Please contact us before sending the item back for full return instructions. Returns will not be accepted or processed unless you have contacted us first. We will only replace personalised items if they are damaged due to manufacturing. We do not refund personalised items and do not accept general returns on them. Please check your request for printing as we print what you send us.
