The Polishing Kit is supplied separately to the Bench Grinder and needs to be assembled / attached by the following method. 

Spindle Adapter / Flexi Drive Shaft Fitting
Once the bench grinder side guards and the grinding wheels have been removed (please note that the left hand grinder shaft has a left hand nut), the mop / flexi drive spindle adapters are then slid over the grinder shafts. There is a right hand and a left hand spindle adapter in the kit. Loosen the grub screws in the adapters first and then fit the adapters as far as they will go onto the bench grinder shaft. Once fitted, tighten the grub screws (one in each adapter) using the allen key.

The flexidrive shaft (supplied with the Deluxe Version) only fits to the right hand side of the bench grinder. It will not work if fitted to the left.

* Safety - Please note. The bench grinder eye guards and tool rests are used when using the pre-fitted abrasive wheels. When the polishing add-on kit is used then safety glasses / goggles (not supplied) must be used as the machine eye guards do not fit over the polishing mops.

*** Please - Do Not, over bend or pull the shaft to tight as this will damage the flexible drive shaft. Damage caused by this will not be covered by warranty. Due to the nature of how these shafts are used there is only a 30 day warranty / guarantee offered from the date of purchase.
