U.S.A. Shipping

All Pretty Cool Tees are made to order and usually take 2-4 business days to prepare. Shirts are then shipped via USPS (or UPS) and can take 2-5 business days. The longest we usually see for delivery from date of purchase is two weeks. In most cases, you can expect to receive your shirt in 5-10 business days. We keep you up to date through each step of the order process and provide full tracking information as soon as it is available. *** Please note that some orders can take a day or two longer during the Christmas rush in December ***

International Shipping

Worldwide shipping is available via USPS First-Class International and can take 2-4 weeks for delivery from the date of purchase. Shipping times and estimates for international shipments can vary due to number of factors including customs check and clearance. Please be patient awaiting delivery.

Return Policy:

We take pride in the quality of both our t-shirts and our designs. We accept returns if the shirt is not as described in our ad, if it is damaged, or if the quality is sub-par. Customers may choose money back, store credit, or product replacement. New merchandise must be returned in unworn and unwashed condition to be eligible for refund. Customer pays return shipping fees.

Please note that the images provided in this ad are only samples and we cannot guarantee that the colors on your shirt will exactly match the colors shown on your computer screen.

Size Returns:

We do not carry stock and each shirt is custom made to order. Due to the custom nature of your order, returns due to size issues are subject to an $8.00 re-printing/stocking fee. All shirts are standard US sizes and our size charts are accurate. Please check carefully before ordering.
