This wine making fermenter is made from food grade plastic and is suitable for any wine or beer making. It has a large 4" diameter screw-on cap which allows easy access for cleaning. The cap has a hole to take a standard demijohn bung and airlock (not included). It has two strong handles for comfortable, safe moving. It has a 5.5 gal, 24 litre capacity.  This listing has a bung and airlock included so it is ready to use - please note there is only one bung included
