Shipping

Our aim to deliver best shopping experience extends to our shipping policy. We’ll deliver everything you bought from us free anywhere in Australia using standard Australian Post parcels.

International shipping

We use registered standard air mail parcel service for all international destinations. Please contact us for customized postage servcie requests.

Dispatch of goods

All items in our online store are owned by us and stored in our warehouse located in Sydney. We strive to achieve hundred percent perfect orders delivery - quickly and accurately. All goods will be dispatched within two business days. Depending on the carrier’s schedule, majority of goods will be delivered in three to five working days.

Acceptance of delivery

To guarantee a smooth transaction, all deliveries must be signed for personally by the customer. Unattended deliveries will be re-delivered once and at an additional cost to the customer. Or if the carrier is Australian Post, if the delivery is not signed for, the good in question will need to be collected from the local post office by the customer personally.

Special requests

If customer requires special delivery arrangement, please contact our customer service team prior to the purchase. Although we shall try our best to execute your requirement, unforeseeable circumstances may prevent us to do so. In such instances, a regular delivery procedure will automatically be followed.

Returns

According to Australian consumer law, we shall fully refund the item you purchased from us if you find the item:

• Is not fit for the designed purpose
• Is not as described
• Is damage during transport
• Is defective but not mentioned
• Any other reason covered by the legislation

In order to help us initiate the return/refund process, customer is required to contact our customer care team for return authorisation within two calendar days after the item is received. The item in question must not be used, modified and washed in anyway. Swing tags and other removable accessories such as spare buttons and swatches must be returned together as part of the return condition. Upon a complete return package is received, customer will be credited back to the credit card or Paypal account (which is the only two payment method available when purchase) that make the purchase. Or alternatively, a replacement of other item of the same value if requested.

We would also like to bring to your attention that due to the small volume nature of our range of products, replacement of identical item is generally not possible. Many items are possibly the only example in Australia.

With that the first to choose from an available stock lot are the suppliers we go to. Very much most interesting and valuable items are picked and will not go through the outlet channels. Unless Italian outlet shopping is a sport to you. Otherwise we can save you time, literally.

Our third line of service to you are more technical than the other two. We planned our supply chain to minimise your possession cost. All our goods are shipped collectively from Italy and store in Australia. This way not only reduce transport cost but also decrease the order-to-delviery time to you.
