All items will be sent via Australia Post. All items are shipped on the same or next business day when in stock and once payment has cleared. We value our customers and try our best to make sure you get your orders on time. Our warehouse is located in Sydney and orders normally arrive within 1-7 business days.

Local Pickup: All customers are welcome to pickup products from our warehouse after purchasing the item on Ebay. Due to Ebay's policies we are unable to provide any pickup details prior to an order being made in our store.

Returns are accepted by prior arrangement within 7 days of receipt, if the item is defective. The return item must be in new condition with full original packaging. We ask that a tracking number be supplied to us once posted as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit.

Order Cancellations: If you accidentally purchase an item by mistake or no longer need the item shortly after your purchase please contact us through Ebay and we will do our best to assist you.
