VITIS Orthodontic Mouthwash is an alcohol-free rinse helps to prevent bacterial plaque formation and protects against gingival infections. Specifically formulated for orthodontic patients.
Ingredients:
Sodium Fluoride 0.05% (225 ppm), CPC 0.05%, Allantoin, Aloe Vera.
Instructions:
During orthodontic treatment the risk is greater for bacterial plaque build-up (dental biofilm).
Other complications, such as ulcerations, enamel demineralisation, gingivitis and/or bad breath; this is why strict daily oral hygiene measures are needed.
On a daily basis, VITIS Orthodontic Mouthwash provides the active ingredients necessary to maintain a healthy mouth that is dental biofilm-free.

All orders placed prior to 3pm on a week day are dispatched the same day, and orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the next working day.

| Express | £6.95 to most UK postcodes, and are either sent via UPS for next working day delivery or Royal Mail 1st Class recorded and usually delivered within 1-3 working days. Carrier will be dependent on the size and weight of your parcel and destination. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be delivered next day. |
| Heavy / Bulky items | Orders containing bulky/heavy items are not available for free delivery and may be subject to additional postage charges, and are usually delivered within 2-5 working days. |

Dental Direct hopes that you are happy with your order, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us within 30 days. The merchandise must be returned to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
All you need to do is the following
- Call our customer service team to obtain a return reference number for the item(s) being returned. Please ensure that you have your order reference number ready when contacting us.
- Please quote your return reference number and your order number on the outside of the parcel.
- Take the parcel to your local Post Office. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we would advise that you get from the Post Office a proof of postage.
- Due to the hygienic nature of the products supplied by Dental Direct we are unable to accept back products where the packaging seal has been breached.
- Refunds will cover the cost you have paid for the returned product but not the postage
- Please keep the Parcel Summary displaying your order details for your reference and quote your order reference specified there on all correspondence.
- Please address returns to Customer Returns Manager. Dental Direct, PO Box 70503, London N20 2BX.
Refunds for returned items will be processed within 30 days of cancellation by the original payment method.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
