SECURE Denture Bonding Cream is a completely unique product, so users must learn how to use it properly.

SECURE must be applied on a clean and completely dry denture. It has a higher viscosity than conventional adhesives because of its composition, so only a small amount is needed.

One application in the morning will hold into the night. SECURE® does not need to be applied as often as conventional adhesives since it is insoluble in water and will not wash out while eating and drinking.

Instructions:
1. Clean and dry your dentures thoroughly.
SECURE can only develop its full adhesive power when the dentures are completely dry.
2. Apply to your dentures by squeezing the tube slightly. Warm the tube in hand if it is cold to let the adhesive come out easily.
3. Apply to your dentures in strips or series of dots, making sure that the adhesive is not too close to the edge of the denture.
4. To avoid clogging, close tube tightly immediately after use.
5. Insert dentures into mouth and bite firmly.
6. For best results wait 15 minutes before eating or drinking.

Helpful Hints:
1. It may take a few trials to see what amount of SECURE adhesive is ideal. First begin by using a small amount. Increase as needed to achieve a long lasting bond.
2. If at the end of the day the bonding effect has not lessened, simply leave dentures in the mouth overnight. Apply less adhesive next day.
3. If you wish an even stronger bond, spread adhesive to create a thin and even layer over the entire contact area.
4. For sensitive gums, a mild tingling or burning sensation may be felt occasionally. It will pass by quickly and is absolutely harmless. All ingredients are used in food industry.
5. Soft liners might reduce bonding effect.
6. Store at room temperature.
7. To remove residues from gums, use a soft toothbrush and warm water.
8. Consult your dentist regularly to ensure proper fitting dentures.

All orders placed prior to 3pm on a week day are dispatched the same day, and orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the next working day.

Standard Free delivery on all standard orders. Orders containing bulky/heavy items are not available for free delivery.

For the Scottish Highlands and Western Isles please allow up to six working days for standard delivery - and for Shetland and Orkney up to ten working days.
Unfortunately standard delivery is not available to the Channel Islands.
Express £6.95 to most UK postcodes, and are either sent via UPS for next working day delivery or Royal Mail 1st Class recorded and usually delivered within 1-3 working days. Carrier will be dependent on the size and weight of your parcel and destination.

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be delivered next day.
Heavy / Bulky items Orders containing bulky/heavy items are not available for free delivery and may be subject to additional postage charges, and are usually delivered within 2-5 working days.
Europe From £6.95 up to £15.95 dependent on the weight of your parcel and destination, actual cost will be shown at checkout;orders are sent via Airmail post and usually delivered within 5-10 working days.
Rest of World From £10.95 up to £25.95 dependent on weight of your parcel and destination, actual cost will be shown at checkout; orders are sent via carrier and usually delivered within 5-15 working days. All prices shown online include VAT. At checkout VAT (20%) will be deducted where applicable.

 

Dental Direct hopes that you are happy with your order, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us within 30 days. The merchandise must be returned to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.

All you need to do is the following

  • Call our customer service team to obtain a return reference number for the item(s) being returned. Please ensure that you have your order reference number ready when contacting us.
  • Please quote your return reference number and your order number on the outside of the parcel.
  • Take the parcel to your local Post Office. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we would advise that you get from the Post Office a proof of postage.
  • Due to the hygienic nature of the products supplied by Dental Direct we are unable to accept back products where the packaging seal has been breached.
  • Refunds will cover the cost you have paid for the returned product but not the postage
  • Please keep the Parcel Summary displaying your order details for your reference and quote your order reference specified there on all correspondence.

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 30 days of cancellation by the original payment method.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
