If you are unhappy with the product you are entitled to a refund providing that we are informed by email within 14 days of delivery. The costs of returning any goods must be covered by the buyer. The initial cost of delivery incurred by us will also be deducted from the refund amount. Therefore the refund will be issued minus the delivery cost and cost of returning the goods to us. All goods being returned must be returned to us as they were when delivered. The item must not have been used. If the item shows signs of use we reserve the right to not issue a refund.
