Currency

Duties and Taxes

Prices quoted are inclusive of Australian sales taxes and duties. Any custom duties, charges and sales taxes levied by authorities in other countries will be the buyer's responsibility.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. There are no surcharges or payment processing fees on payments made using Australian credit / debit cards. If you pay with a credit card issued in another country, your card provider may charge you an international transaction fee and other charges.

We ship world-wide using Australia post and reputed courier companies. 

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be added to your purchase. We ask that you check the tracking info first and then contact us if you need further assistance.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within two business days. All products are dispatched directly from the manufacturers' warehouses in Australia.

Shipping

A street address and a contact phone number is required for all shipments.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Shipping times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered by a given date, as the shipment will be out of our control once it leaves our manufacturer's warehouse.

We may ship products using alternative carriers or shipping methods that provide a better or equal level of service to the one you have chosen. If you choose free shipping at checkout, your order will be shipped using the cheapest carrier service available at the time of dispatch.

Shipments are usually marked with 'Authority To Leave'. Products that are left at unattended premises are the responsibility of the buyer. Please  contact us before purchasing if you have any special delivery requirements.

Big & Bulky Products

Heavy and bulky products may require availability of a mechanical lift (such as a forklift) or two capable persons at the shipping address to receive the shipment. If you don't have either, please advise us at the time of purchase, so that we can arrange delivery by a tail-lift truck. Extra charges apply for tail-lift truck deliveries.

Defective Products and Incorrect Deliveries

Depending on the nature of the claim we may ask you to submit evidence such as photographs or return the product to us. Once we have reviewed the evidence or returned product and have verified the defect or error, we will provide a free replacement or full refund of the original purchase price and shipping costs. Depending on the circumstances, we may also refund the return shipping costs incurred by you.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after purchasing a product, we will refund the purchase price less our shipping costs,  provided the product is not used, and returned in a clean, saleable condition in original packaging with all tags, labels and accessories. Return shipping costs and shipping costs of replacement products are payable by you.

Products Lost or Damaged in Transit 

We will offer a full refund or a free replacement at our sole discretion for products that are lost or damaged in transit if you choose a shipping method other than Free Shipping. No liability is accepted if Free Shipping is selected as the shipping method.

In all instances you must contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase with details of your claim. Refunds or replacements may be denied if the product returned has been cut, altered or otherwise damaged after delivery or damaged during the return shipping process.

Certificate of Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We also offer a limited, non-transferable, warranty against manufacturing defects in this product. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any manufacturing defects that appear within the period of warranty from the date of purchase, provided the product has been used solely for its intended purpose.
