RETURNS POLICY

Be rest assured, our tablet PCs are of top good quality but for your peace of mind, we offer a 14 days exchange/refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may send the product back unused/undamaged in its original new condition and we will happily issue a refund, the buyer will be responsible for returns postage and a 15% fee will be deducted from the total amount for re-stocking. 

For any tablet PC found to be faulty within 14 days of purchase, we will issue an exchange/refund and delivery charges will be met by us. The product must be undamaged and in original new condition.

For any exchange/refund to take place, the product must be sent back to you us.

- Some Cheaper sellers are selling OEM products which are a clone/copy versions of the original model, these have low grade components and Chinese screens which are not durable, these screens are not true Retina screens, Genuine Cube Talk 10 3G come with high quality Samsung manufactured IPS screens.
- Some cheaper sellers are shipping the products from China leaving you to handle VAT/Customs, misquoting item location as UK, even after weeks of waiting, people do not receive goods
