Dispatch Times - We normally dispatch your order the same day if paid for before 10am, if paid for after this time it will be next working day (Mon-Fri Only). Your goods will be shipped from UK. Goods normally take 2-5 days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery in case of postal delays. 

Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Special Delivery is Monday to Thursday if you would like special delivery for Sat the cost will be at a higher charge, PLEASE Contact.

Items will be dispatched to the address as listed on your eBay account. Amendments made through email only.

Payment - All payments must be received within 6 days of buying. To cancel your order you must advise us by email.

All Our Items Are Brand New Unless Otherwise Stated.

We cannot control products which have a manufacturers fault but we will honour our terms and conditions and replace any faulty items.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the shipping date indicated on your sales receipt. Unless you purchase EDIBLE ITEMS WHICH CANNOT BE RETURNED DUE TO HEALTH & SAFETY.  After 30 days for all other items your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Items may be returned/exchanged provided that the item(s) are returned in clean, sellable condition with all tags intact. All returns will be refunded less the shipping cost. All exchanges will incur a return shipping fee.

Faulty or Damaged Items - In case of goods being received damaged or faulty please email us to inform us the problem and we will reply to you with further instructions.
