Living Heat Impact Plus thermal insulation has been specially designed to provide a high thermal barrier between the sub-floor and either your heating system, or your floor covering including wood, laminate and carpet.
When used in conjunction with our underfloor heating systems Impact plus thermal insulation will greatly increases the efficiency and reduce the heat loss of your underfloor heating system.

Things to know about this product
Living Heat impact plus insulation is manufactured in compliance with BS EN ISO 9001:2001 and certified by BBA Certificate 04/4186. Impact Plus insulation also complies with BS EN 13164: 2001 Thermal insulation products for buildings.
Unlike standard wood and laminate underlays supplied with your flooring Living Heat soft thermal insulation is a cross-linked, closed cell, high compression thermal underlay. It is designed specifically for use with our underwood, laminate and carpet heating systems.
Impact Plus insulation is supplied in 0.8m widths and is 6mm deep. It is easy to lay by simply rolling out over your floor area and cutting with a sharp knife to fit the profile of the floor. Once laid if required you can use double-sided tape or a spray contact/carpet adhesive to hold the insulation in place. You can then lay your desired underfloor heating and floor covering directly over the top.
