Delayed and lost delivery 

First of all, please kindly contact your neighbours or your local Post Office.Over the time we had that in many cases the Royal Mail postmen fail to leave a notice for parcels. All you need to ask them is if they have any parcels for your address waiting for you to collect. If they cannot help you with this please contact us we will solve the issue from our side.  

We provide excellent customer support. If there is any problem with your purchase or you would like to cancel your order you must contact us within 24 h. We will respond within 1 working day and solve the issue as quickly as possible. 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or place the order wrongly you are entitled to return.

Return must be done within 30 days since delivery date.
