Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible, this is generally same day dispatch upto 4.00pm Mon-Fri. We guarantee your satisfaction. All our HID Xenon Conversion kits are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects, in which a manufacturer-defective part in the kit and within the warranty period will be replaced at no additional charge. The warranty is void if the cause of damage or failure is due to abuse, neglect, improper installation, use other than the intended use or application, accidents, or natural disasters. All bulbs are tested and burned in by the manufacturer prior to delivery. ITEMS ARE 100% WORKING AND TESTED BEFORE SALE. Please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that the items purchased are suitable for your vehicle make/model. We provide technical specification information so that you can make an educated buying decision. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle from the use of any product purchased. If in doubt consult a qualified auto electrician or your vehicles authorized main dealer. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Legal responsibility for the fitting of our products and or their use is undertaken buy the buyer and not us. It is down to the buyer to ensure safe fitting and safe use of our products in compliance with any local laws/regulations.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced within the warranty period stated, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item or as soon as the fault occurs. If the goods are returned as defective, then it's our 'seller's responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us & we will ship the replacement item return of post where possible. If the item is unwanted or has been incorrectly ordered, then it's the buyer's responsibility to pay the return shipping and any refund will be less the shipping costs incurred.
