Returns & Claims

1.  Within 7 days from the date received, if there¡¯s any quality problem, buyer can return for refund or exchange.

2.  Within 7 days -15 days from the date received, if there¡¯s any quality problem, buyer can return for exchange new item.

3.  The item which need to return or change, must ensure that its appearance is not broken, with complete accessories, packaging intact.

4. Within 15 days to 90 days, if there¡¯s any not spontaneous quality problem, customer can get free repair service, more thanthree months, get the repair parts for free, the buyer just need to pay for the postage.
