1. How does it work?

Refill Pads work by applying the product on a Smooth Away/Smooth Legs Applicator (Large Pads go on the Large Applicator and Small Pads go on the Small Applicator). Peel away the paper from the back of the pad. You will now see the self-adhesive sticky layer. Stick the pad on the Applicator of the correct size. Apply on your skin in gentle circular motions (clockwise and counter-clockwise). When done your skin may look a little whitish or gray in color, which is great news because you have exfoliated dead skin cells. Simply moisturize as desired.

The pads buff away unwanted hair and exfoliates dead skin cells at the same time revealing smooth healthy skin. As you continue to use refill pads to buff away your hair, it will grow back less each time. 

2. How quickly does the hair grow back?


This depends on your hair growth (i.e. coarseness, amount, etc.). As you continue to use refill pads to buff away your hair, it will grow back less each time.

3. Is it painful?


It is a painless and safe hair removal system. There is no component of refill pads that can  cut your skin or cause any pain. Each flex-crystal pad is covered with tiny crystals that aid in the removal of hair through gentle circular motion that also exfoliates at the same time, leaving your skin ever-so-soft and fresh.

4. Can I use it every day?


It can be used every day - just remember to use it in gentle clockwise and counter-clockwise motions. Use only in circular motions, with slight pressure. Do not bear down. Going first in one circular direction, then the other, repeat this procedure until all the hairs have been removed. For larger areas like legs and forearms, use the larger refill pad. For smaller, or uneven areas, use the smaller refill pad, with the same circular motions. 

5. How long does a pad last?


This will depend on the amount and coarseness of the hair. On average, one pad will last long enough to use on a woman`s legs twice before needing to be replaced.

6. How long does the hair have to be?


It is recommended that you use refill pads on shorter hair, although it also works on regular and long hair. If the hair is very long, first time trimming is recommended.

7. Will hair grow back thicker on my face?


No the hair will not grow back thicker. After continued use, less hair will grow back and it will be thinner than previous hair.

8 Can men use it on their beards?


Yes, men can use it on their beards but it is not recommended for the head.
