We weigh the foil rather than count it, so it does not spoil the foil.Please note the foil is very static and sticks together,so it is very easy to use two/three sheets instead of one.
With practice it is easy to tell the difference in the texture thickness,but if you are a first timer user of foils, it is easy to misjudge the thickness of the foil and how many sheets you are using.
Take your time just to squeeze the foil between your fingers to make sure you are only using one sheet.
