  • Once you have purchased the garment please let us know your required size of the garment as per our size chart and it will be made accordingly.
  • Garments are also customized on specific natural body measurements, however there is an additional charge depending on the customization.

RETURNS:
Returns accepted on most items within 14 days for exchange, credit or refund. All refundable merchandise must be in unused condition with all tags and in the original box or packaging if applicable. We cannot accept return items that have been custom made to special sizing. This policy is only applicable if the garment is defective because of our mistake.  If the garment is delivered as per the order originally placed, then this policy does not apply. (Contact us if you feel you have an exceptional case or special circumstance.)

SHIPPING:
All deliveries will be made within ten to fifteen days from the date of payment confirmation received by the bank. Shipping charges are not refundable and if an exchange is requested the customer is responsible for additional shipping, insurance and handling charges.
