This lot consists of three editions of Arizonac, 5.5"x8.25" softcovers written by various members of the Sunnyside High School History Club (Tucson, AZ). The club produced one book each year. You get:

1. "Petticoat Pageant," 122 pages, published in 1971. It includes biographical sketches of women who played important parts in the development of Tucson. Women profiled include Sarah Bowman, Sharlot Hall, Pearl Hart, Atanacia Santa Cruz Hughes, Viola Slaughter, and many others - 22 in all. There are black-and-white photographs throughout. In 
good condition, with writing on the front cover and inside front cover, rubbing and soiling to the cover, bent front bottom corner, firm binding.

2. "Portraits of the Past," 233 pages, published in 1968. It includes profiles of "public-spirited citizens who made their mark" on Arizona, including John Phillip Clum, John Charles Fremont, John Campbell Greenway, Jacob Hamblin, Michael Goldwater, Hiram S. Stevens...29 in all. In very good condition, light cover wear, gift inscription to the first page.

3. "Frontier Vignettes," 161 pages, published in 1967. Each article focuses on the history of a different Arizona town: Ajo, Bisbee, Coolidge, Douglas, Ehrenberg, Eloy, Fredonia, Globe, Jerome, Morenci, Nogales, Phoenix, Prescott, Show-Low, St. Johns, Superior, Tombstone, Tubac, Tucson, Wickenburg, Willcox, and Yuma. In good condition, crease to the front parallel the spine, stains to the back, unmarked interior.
