Standard White foam board with clay coated matte art paper on both sides.

With a lightweight polystyrene core backed onto a card and paper liner foam board can be used for a variety of artwork uses, from presentation to model making.

  • Grade: 25SPE

  • Application & Feature: Panel, Food containers under the food and health standard of FDA in USA, Electric components and Coating

Acid Free Paper liner
  • Grade: 120/150 GSM wood free
  • Application & Feature: Printing/writing paper semi-grazed
  • 100% virgin pulp with chemical treatment
  • No lignin contained
  • Pulp: US Northern Mix, US Southern Mix, Aspen
  • Paper composition: Pulp, Filler, Additives
  • Whiteness: 126±3%
  • Brightness: 100±3%

Thickness
  • 3MM - Thickness from 2.8mm to 3.5mm
  • 5MM - Thickness from 4.8mm to 5.5mm
  • 10MM - Thickness from 9.6mm to 11mm
Length
  • Length & Width plus within 3mm for each size
Bend of Items
  • Bend of items with one side self-adhesive up to 10 degrees compared to straight line due to the difference of tension between two layers
