SHIPPING- All orders placed and paid before 3:30 PM EST are
shipped the same day. Orders placed and paid after 3:30 PM EST are shipped the
next business day.
FEEDBACK-We always appreciate positive feedback and we encourage

to leave feedback for you as a buyer, please let us know. We'd be more than

DEFECTIVE ITEMS- If an item you purchase from Fix It For Less is
defective, contact us. We'll replace it or refund your purchase price.
DAMAGED ITEMS- If you think you have received a damaged item,
please contact us right away. We will replace the item or refund your purchase
price. If the item appears to have been damaged during shipping, we may ask you
to hold the damaged item for inspection by the shipper.
RETURNS-Contact us within 30 days with an
eBay message before any return. If you are returning the item for any reason
other than defective or damaged, we may ask you to pay all shipping costs and
to provide photos. Once we receive the item, we will refund your purchase price
less any fees. We do
not offer refunds on used parts.
NOTE: All Returns are subject to a restocking
fee. We offer FREE Priority
shipping to all states with exception of Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and Samoa and other American
Territories, extra shipping fee will be charged. (FOR SPECIAL SHIPPING: Some
