If your item is found to be faulty through no fault of your own, we will process a warranty claim with the product manufacturer.

It is the policy of this store that the Warranty will be VOID if NOT fitted by a qualified tradesperson.
Proof of fitment may be requested at the time of warranty claim.

Domestic Shipping (within Australia)

Estimate Times in eBay are only an ESTIMATE, and it is eBay who make that estimate.

Items dispatched within 24 business hours of purchase.

Where possible we dispatch items the same day or the next morning depending on the time of day and the courier used.

Standard Shipping - Authority to Leave (ATL)

We use a combination of Couriers Please and Australia Post for items with “Standard Shipping”. It will depend on your location as to who we use.

  • Items over $100 will be sent requiring a signature. Under $100 will be sent Authority to Leave (ATL) with either Couriers Please or Australia Post.
  • PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers will always be sent by Australia Post and they will not require a signature.
  • For locations which are remote or are outside of Couriers Please main network we will send the item via Australia Post and it will not require a signature. If you would like to sign for your parcel to accept delivery please choose Registered Post.
  • If you do not want your item sent with Couriers Please. Please advise us at the time of your purchase in the order notes and we will send it via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping - Registered (Signature is required)

Please Choose Registered Post if you want your item to guarantee your item requires a signature on delivery. Item will be sent by Couriers Please or Australia Post depending on your location.

  • PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers do not require signatures so you do not need Registered Post.
  • This selection will require a signature, if no one is home to accept delivery the postage company should leave a card which will give instructions on how to either collect your item or a re-delivery option if available.

Express Delivery

On all items we offer Express Post, this is through Australia Post. Delivery to most Capital Cities is next day however please check the Australia Post website for more specific delivery time estimates. Our postcode is 2760.

Courier or Expidited Delivery

We use Couriers Please for all items that have Courier or Expidited Delivery as the delivery method.

Toll Consumer Delivery

This selection will be sent using TOLL PRIORITY.

Pick Up

Pick Up at our St Marys store is only available Monday-Friday by prior arrangement only.

Not all items are kept at the St Marys store and some items may need to be transferred from our warehouse.

Contact us first before committing to travelling to our shop for pick up.

Payment

PayPal is the most preferred and quickest form of payment. Any eCheques through PayPal sometimes take a few days to clear, the item will be sent as soon as payment has been cleared and PayPal has advised us via email.

Bank Deposit is also available and bank details will be provided in the EBay Checkout. Please use your eBay username as a reference so we can identify it.

Money Order/Bank Cheques. Items will be posted once the Money Order or Bank Cheque has been cleared. Address to send them to will be provided in the eBay Checkout.

Cash. Cash payment is only acceptable for items being Picked Up.

EFTPOS & Credit Card. Only accepted for items being Picked Up.

We do not accept Personal Cheques

RETURNS POLICY

As per Australian Law we do accept returns, The return postage of the item is at the cost of the buyer and the refund will be processed once the item is received in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
The original postage cost will not be refunded, and for items with FREE POSTAGE a handling fee may be charged to cover the original postage cost.
We can not be held responsible for buyer's mistake reading item descriptions and vehicle applications, if a mistake has been made by the buyer it will be their responsibility to return the item as per the above policy.
We are an honest business and if we make a mistake we will do everything we can do to rectify the issue.
If a claim is made that the item sent is not as described we reserve the right to request photos as required to determine what the issue is and how it can be fixed. In most cases we will ask for a photo of the part we sent and the part off the vehicle.

WARRANTY POLICY

All products we sell each have their own manufacturers warranty. In most cases the warranty will be at least 12 months or 20,000km which ever comes first.

Warranty Procedure

Parts being returned under manufacturers warranty must follow this procedure.

# Replacement part must be invoiced and paid in full before it can be taken from the shop.

# Once the failed part has been returned to GSS Auto Parts it will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection and/or testing. The manufacturer will then decide if it is to be repaired, replaced or rejected. Note: The warranty is a manufacturer's warranty and any decision made by the manufacturer has nothing to do with GSS Auto Parts or its employees.

# If the manufacturer agrees that the part is to be replaced and the customer has already purchased a new replacement a refund will be processed.

# If the manufacturer agrees to repair the part, the repaired part will be returned to the customer.

# If the manufacturer rejects the warranty claim, the customer can choose to have the failed part returned to them however no refund will be given.

# Original invoice from GSS Auto Parts must be presented when presenting failed part. This is not negotiable.
