Ottokar von Landwehr-Pragenau (b.1905 Vienna) was son of the Austrian War Minister during the World War I and a well-known Viennese painter and graphic artist of the 1st half of the 20th century. He studied at the Vienna Academy under Tichy and Jungwirth and later became art teacher himself. He was also a very popular portrait painter.
