Underfloor Heating World Aquaseal Waterproof Tanking Tape is a self -adhesive backed fleece tape. It is designed to provide a waterproof seal between board joints, corner joints and pipe entries in shower areas, and wet rooms before tiling.
For best results this tape is designed for use with waterproof cementitious tile backer boards and shower wetroom trays. The tape is applied directly to all vertical and horizontal wall and floor joints between the tile backer boards and shower tray to create a tanked area ready for tiling.

HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT
Below is a floor insulated using Living Heat 20mm cementatious tile backer boards fixed with board washers (alternatively adhesive can be used). The following picture shows all joints taped with Living Heat Aquaseal Pro tape ready to tile over.
All joints should be adequately taped with Living Heat Aquaseal Pro waterproof tape. Corner joins should first be filled with silicone before taping. All corners and horizontal joints should be taped first with all vertical joint tape extended over a corner and horizontal tape to fully cover the joint.
