• Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a period of 14 days after the date of delivery within which you can return the item and cancel the transaction. However, cost of postage returning the item will be at your charge. Returned item(s) must be in its original condition (complete, as unused, original packaging, security seal, protective film or selotape, etc.). Obviously, you must enclose your personal details in your return or copy of your invoice... If no name, user ID, order number or any other sort of details allowing us to allocate the parcel to your account are quote, we will not be able to process your refund!
• Refund of the order total will be made within 3 working days if item(s) returned in a perfect condition. Only the price of the item(s) will be refunded. Not the delivery (or import) costs charged. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance
• If you have any issue with your purchase, we will attempt to reply within 2 working days and do our best to resolve the problem and only if the problem cannot be resolved may buyers open an eBay/PayPal case!
• If you have received a defective item or part (Dead On Arrival), an exchange can be organised within 14 days of reception. The cost of return shipping can be refund on request (UK customers only) however, you must send the faulty part Second Class (original Post Office VAT receipt must be enclosed) in order to entitle to a refund (within 3 working days as per above). Once our team have verified and agreed the genuine hardware malfunction, a replacement will be issued. Be aware that if the returned item does not have a hardware malfunction and/or could have been reset with a simple firmware manipulation, no return shipping costs will be refund and postal fees to send the item back to you with a recorded service might be invoice.
