Return Policy:

We must be contacted within 14 days of purchase in order to return any item.

All items MUST be returned in NEW unused condition including all tags, boxes and or original bags etc.... Special orders may not be returned.

All group orders and Cheer poms of any size will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus original shipping charges if returned.

*Due to State law No tights or briefs may be returned for any reason.

 

Shipping:

Buyers pay all shipping charges, insurance when applicable and reshipping.

We send all packages with tracking. We will not be responsible for any package once the tracking states it has delivered by USPS to the buyer. 

 

International Packages:

Shipping times vary from country to country. Delivery time can take from 2-10 weeks depending on your country and how long items are held in customs.

Australia and Canada usually receive packages between 2-4 weeks but in rare cases up to 8 weeks. All other countries can take 4-10 weeks for delivery.  Please be patient and understand we do our best to ship your packages out in a timely matter.
