We will not be held responsible for any damages in transit back to us. The Extension table and the Foot Pedal are stored in the Polystyrene casings so be careful not to throw them away.

Shipping Our standard method for Shipping Sewing Machines is via a 24-48 hour Delivery courier and it depends on your Location. Our accessories are posted Standard Second class Delivery with Royal Mail unless you pay for the 1st Class Royal mail service or the 24 hour service. 

Returns

The buyer is responsible for the return cost. In the case of a sewing machine, if it is covered by the warranty then we will pay the cost. We accept returns up the 30 days after date of purchase. with regards to Sewing Machines, please make sure that you pack the machine in the original packaging that you received it in and make sure that it is securely sealed. Accessories are to be returned second class Royal Mail.

Postage
FREE postage on all orders when choosing the standard postage option. Free postage is Royal Mail Second Class service and can take 2-5 days. We dispatch orders the same day if the order has been placed before 2:00 pm, ( Monday - Friday ) orders received over the weekend and public holidays will be dispatched on the next available weekday.
Expedited service is Royal mail First Class and can take 1-3 days (please note that the Expedited service is not Guaranteed next day.
*24 Hour Service is Next Week Day with Interlink Express  and we will send you an email and text (if you provide your mobile number) giving you a 1 hour delivery window which you can change with the couriers if not suitable. This stops you having to sit in all day waiting for the delivery. Please note that this service is only available for the UK mainland and excludes some of the Scottish Postcodes. If you are not sure please ask before ordering. We can deliver to the Scottish Highland, British Isles, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland but there is an additional cost.
International delivery is mainly Royal Mail Signed and Tracked service and can take 3-15 days.

1.     We have a 30 day money back Guarantee which gives you the peace of mind that if the item does not fit your sewing machine or you are just not happy with your purchase
2.     Please process your return through your Ebay account, this can be arranged via requesting a return authorisation through the eBay Messaging System.
3.     Once authorised return the item within 30 days from the purchase date. PLEASE NOTE: Any item sent and stamped after the 30-day period has expired will be refused.
4.     Please make sure the item is in the original packaging, include the paperwork so that we know who has return the item and in the original (unused) condition that you received it in. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PAPERWORK THEN PLEASE PROVIDE THE ORDER NUMBER AND YOUR EBAY ID.
