If you are based in mainland UK we will deliver your order to you using the Royal Mail or other Courier. This is dependant upon the weight and size of your order.
Free UK Shipping, we offer free Royal mail Economy Delivery on all of our items to mainland UK.
Express Shipping, we offer Next Day/24 Hour Delivery at an additional charge.
International shipping we will use International small packet, please allow 15-20 days to deliver.
We do combine postage , for more than 1 item purchased; if you purchase more than 1 items please send us a request to combine postage and do not pay until you receive a combined invoice.
If you missed your delivery time, Royal Mail deliveries will leave a card to inform the customer as to where the item is, If this is ignored the courier will re-attempt delivery the next working day. Or you can check with your local post office. If this re-delivery is again unsuccessful the item will be returned to the couriers’ depot for further instruction and eventually returned back to us. If this occurs then the buyer will be responsible for re delivery charges.
Returns
We offer a 30 days money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the item, it isn't a problem, Please ebay message us , and we will message you a returns form for filling. Any parcel returned to us without authorisation will be refused. All returned items must in the same 'brand new' condition (both internal and external, with all original packaging and instruction booklets) as originally supplied by us.
If return has been agreed you will have 7 days to send the item(s) back to us. Unfortunately returns cost are at your own expense. Any items that are returned used, not in the original packaging and unsuitable for re-sale will be refused a refund/exchange. We reserve the rights to charge 15% administration and handling fee. Once the returned item has been processed and authorised, your refund will be put back into the original payment method that was used. This is likely to be completed within 15days. Some banks may vary.
If item is faulty, damaged or wrong item received, please contact us first before leaving any feedback or sending back. Most cases we will reply your message within 24 hours. we need to understand in detail what the problem is in order to prevent the same problem occurring again.
