Payment:

PayPal or Cash on Pick-up are accepted. Credit Card payments can be made through the PayPal system. PayPal payments are to be completed within 3 days of the auction finishing or committing to ‘Buy It Now’. Cash on pick-up is to be completed within 7 days of the auction finishing. Goods not paid for within the above time-frames and where no other arrangements have been made will be relisted without further notice and a non-payment case will be opened in eBay.

If you are purchasing more than one item within the 3 day period, please email ASAP to confirm payment arrangements and combining your goods for shipping and discounts.

Shipping:

‘COMBINED SHIPPING’ is available for your purchases to ease logistics and provide shipping discounts where possible. If you want to combine goods for shipping and/or discounts please confirm this ASAP via email. Savings will then be shown on a combined invoice prior to payment. If cleared payment is received prior to a request for combined shipping and discounts, it may not be available due to the process involved to reverse/refund part payments.

‘DESPATCH’  will be made ASAP - normally the same or following business day after cleared payment has been received. Goods are sent on normal business days only to initiate scanning and tracking. Some smaller items, as described further below, may be lodged directly in an Australia Post Box on any day. Some shipping services require a booking for pick-up which can add 1 extra business day for despatch.

The ebay shipping system cannot cater for all carrier services, therefore your purchase may be sent via a different mode than described in the checkout process. Most items are despatched via Australia Post, Sendle or Smartsend - depending on the items weight, size and delivery location. Alternative modes of transport may be used if necessary due to the nature of the item being shipped, location of receiver or when combining items to reduce costs. The service delivery criteria from Woorim are the same as Brisbane for Australia Post and most other carriers.

Free ‘PICK UP’ is available most times/days based on prior mutual arrangements. 

‘TRACKING’ Unless mentioned otherwise, all items are and despatched with tracking to help provide assurance your goods will arrive at their destination. ‘TRACKING’ is not available for most smaller items up to 20mm thick and less than 500grams. These items will be sent via Standard Australia Post “Letter Services”. If you require tracking on these items it can be arranged and paid for by the buyer. Please email prior to payment so the extra cost can be added to your invoice. Tracking number/s will be added to your purchase record once the goods are despatched.

Unless otherwise stated, if another mode of transport is used due to the nature of the item being shipped, location of receiver or to reduce combined shipping costs it will also provide tracking. 

‘INSURANCE’ All shipping is done with the appropriate care and packaging required. However, That Other Store will not be held responsible for loss or damage after the goods have been consigned with any transport provider. If you require insurance for the items being sent please enquire about this prior to payment and despatch. Any additional charges are to be paid by the buyer prior to despatch. 

If ‘FREE SHIPPING’ is noted in a listing, it is for Standard Delivery within Australia. Most listings will have an ‘EXPRESS SHIPPING’ option available during the checkout process. If required, please select this option.

‘ENVIRONMENTAL’ Recycled Packaging will be used where possible.
