Our rugs are dispatched within 1 working day (Monday-Friday) of receiving cleared payment. They usually within arrive 2-4 working days.

Standard delivery is to mainland England and Wales.
Will customers from Scotland, N/Ireland and any other offshore locations please contact us before purchasing as a small delivery surcharge is required.

To ensure your flooring arrives in perfect condition we carefully package each roll with a cardboard tube and plastic sheeting.
Every item is inspected before despatch to ensure you are delighted with your order. 

But, if for any reason you are unhappy with your order. Send it back to us within 14 days of receipt, in the condition it was received, and we will provide a full refund excluding return postage.
