NOTE:Last drop down color option is 051 Gentian Blue or 312 Burgundy please email us if you pick any of those colors as at drop down option as it cuts it off and does not show that color option clearly. Please note that picture does not automatically change when you select different vinyl color from drop down vinyl color menu, so PLEASE do not just randomly pick different color vinyl or license plate or shirt or whatever you are ordering thinking you will get what is pictured, it does not work that way.  So, for example when you select different color license plate and different color vinyl and buy it like that your end product you will receive is going to be the color of vinyl or license plate or shirt you have selected at drop down menu , all these applies for all of our products like sticker/decal orshirt or license plates or wall decals so please pay attention to drop down size and color options on the listings.

We only carry Oracal 631 Wall art vinyl series and to our years of experience this is the best vinyl we could find in USA. Some customers may experience difficulty applying to their walls, this has nothing to do with the quality of our stickers or quality of our vinyl, its your wall texture is not easily accepting or not accepting the sticker because of your wall texture or wall material is not smooth enough or not accepting stickers well, therefore you might want to test it out if your wall is good enough for wall art before you purchase a big ticket item. Just trying to be fair to you and being honest.

Oracal 631 is not repositionable vinyl, once you put it on it stay there for good, however it is easy to remove and it does not damage your wall or mirror, but once you remove vinyl you cannot put it back on again. GENERAL Car Sticker - Decal, Wall Decals Information :
About Vinyl Decals: These are DIE-CUT decals meaning there is no background. If there is a background color in the picture, it is used only as a example. The background color will be the color of the surface you place the sticker on, or clear if you put it on a window. Vinyl Decals come in 3 pieces: 1. Top layer is a transparent transfer tape which holds your sticker till it is applied. 2. Middle layer is your actual decal or sticker  3. Bottom layer is the wax backing which protects your decal till you apply to the surface you would like.

For Wall Art and Wall Quote Decals we have the largest color choices in the market, almost all sizes and every single possible colors in the market which is total of 62 color choices and you can pick any color most of the time from drop down menu

Please understand that the display pictures on our listings are ONLY AN EXAMPLE. It will NOT reflect the actual size or color of the item, especially on the wall quote pictures we will always show bigger size quotes for our valuable customers because that helps them better understanding the appearance of the item. Therefore please measure your wall and use drop down size menu above to pick your size as it is your responsibility to pick the right size, we do not list every possible exact dimensions on our listings, if you pick small size your decal will be proportionally small, if you pick Large size decal your decal will be proportionally larger please use your logic and common sense. If you have any question please ask before you buy, do not assume. We try to make every single customer happy and we personally know that may not be always possible, so If you are hard to please customer, or impatient and very picky personality please try to find another vendor. It may sound harsh but it is not. If you have problem with your order notify us immediately and we will do our best to fix it asap. Watermarks on our pictures are not part of any of our decals. We may or may not send your decals in to 2 to 3 pieces, it is actually much better that way as putting small pieces on the wall much easier than trying to put whole big decal and also it is easy to mess up on big pieces, you can always take the picture on the auction as your guide anyway and proportionally put it on the wall. Please also note that, we may move the image to a position, or proportionally fix the image depends on the the product type you choose. This is to prevent important part(s) of the image not being positioned properly. By buying our product we, "as seller" assume that you, "as buyer" read and fully understand and accept our descriptions, rules, regulations, and terms & conditions.

PRODUCT USAGE on Decals:
This decal is perfect for all non-porous surfaces. It is great for automobile windows, motorcycles, snowboards, skateboards, surf boards, surf boards, practically anywhere you would think a sticker would stick and stay for example. Vehicle Windows, Vehicle Body Surfaces, Motorcycles, Mopeds, Bicycles, Helmets, Tractors, Trailers, Toolboxes, ATV's, Jet Skis, Surfboards, Snowmobiles, Snowboards, Skateboards, Drums, Guitars, Mirrors, Laptop Cases, Desktop Computer Towers, Boats, Hard Hats, Walls, Smooth Painted Surfaces, Store Windows, Plastic Boxes, Printers, Lockers, Doors, Laminate Surfaces or just about any surface that is smooth and clean!

DECAL APPLYING INSTRUCTIONS: (Please read everything first, if instructions are not clear please search " decal application instructions or video tutorials"  on the internet especially if this is your first time, please do not hesitate to ask help from someone who knows how to apply decal as you are going to have one shot of try only.

1.Clean surface well. Remove all wax, dirt, rain, etc.

2.Position decal where you would like it to be applied (May require some measuring)

3.Tape one end of the decal to the surface with masking tape.

4.Now, reach under the decal and start peeling the under layer off, starting from the taped end. As you peel the under layer off, allow your second hand or squeegee to follow the crease in the under layer (you should be applying pressure to the decal where the under layer is freshly peeled off). Be sure to watch out so that the decal doesn't come off with the under layer. If it does, work backwards and try peeling it at a sharper angle.
5.Use a squeegee  or credit card back and forth across the decal (while the carrier tape is still covering it). This will help insure the decal will stay on its surface while you peel up the carrier tape.

6.Slowly peel up the transfer tape. Make sure none of the decal peels up with it. If it does, work backwards and try peeling the tape off at a sharper angle.
Sometimes vinyl resists peeling off of transfer tape especially chrome vinyl, please peel it off super slowly and make sure all parts of coming off if not please use different angle and use a squeegee type of item like credit card and id card to smooth the vinyl and peel it off from different angle and from the back side very very slowly while you make sure all parts are coming off.


If your decal has a separate color layer, such as a shadow, peel the backing off first so that you can line the decal up through the clear tape. If there are bubbles no need to panic most of the bubbles you can get rid of with a small pin and squeegee and most of them will go away in time with sun and air in time.

Size Change:  There is NO CHARGE for making the decals smaller than the standard size. However please do not assume we can make some decals smaller than as is, some decals cannot be made smaller than it is being offered because of the detail of the actual decal and machine will not cut it. IF you plan to buy our items and need smaller size, please ask first before you purchase as we may not be able to make it smaller as explained above in detail.

Reverse (Mirror) Cut:  There is NO CHARGE for reverse cutting a decal.  This is usually done when you order a pair of decals and want one of them to face the opposite direction.  Leave us a note in the process of making your Paypal payment if you want one of the decals to be reversed cut or simply send us an e-mail and we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

YES! Time to time we take custom orders. Please check with us if we can help you, and read the following important information. When you need custom order, please make sure you describe as detailed as possible and provide all the details like what kind of item or material you are looking for, what is image or graphic or lettering you are looking for, what size you have on your mind, what colors and your budget to do your project and all possible details. We are very busy professionals and busy as is with orders and it gets very difficult and frustrating keep getting email back and forth not being able to get enough information for your custom needs, so if you need something please make sure you provide all possible information you need for your project, so we do not waste each others' time. If we have too many custom orders going on and/or short handed we may not be able to help and we will tell you up front honestly.

Return Policy:


We stand by the quality of our products. Before your order is shipped it is being checked at least 2 times to meet the quality and accuracy of your product, on a rare occasion If we make a mistake we do our best to make our valuable customers happy and do whatever it takes to fix the error, the service we offer is WORRY FREE service, it won't cost you a penny, most of the time you got to keep the item no need to return back, we will send you the correct item at no cost to you. but need picture proof on your wrong or defective item to prevent abuse, upon confirming that we will just send you the correct item and it won't cost you anything.


If you just simply changed your mind and don't want the item you can still return item however we issue 20% restocking fee, please understand all of our inventory is custom made to order and it costs money to list and sell here, that restocking fee covers the cost of the material to make the item.

Please send the item you have purchased back in it's original unused condition, with its bubble wrap, tube mailer and whatever it come with and we will refund your money. All returned shipping fees are to be paid by the buyer. Please contact us before you return the item.


My item is damaged during shipment what should I do now?:


         Sorry about your item has been damaged during shipment, since we do not deliver items ourselves, its not our fault but this doesn't mean that we won't help you. Damages during the shipment for items we ship highly unlikely situation, because we package goods very good, but there is still a slight chance this may have happen due to circumstances beyond our control. Please NO WORRIES. We will fix the situation for you. Simply just send us a picture of damaged item and upon confirmation we will immediately reship your item again, and it won't cost you a penny. Unfortunately picture is required to prevent abuse. This has nothing to do about not believing what you say or claim.

Positive feedback will be automatically given when we receive positive feedback. If we receive negative or neutral feedback unfairly because you did not give us chance to fix the problem, you rushed to conclusions thinking we won't help you, then we have right to seek help from law agencies for situations like this. SHIPPING, and HANDLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Shipping Service:  We use United States Postal Service- USPS and most decals are professionally shipped by tube mailers or large envelopes and most license plates we ship via legal size priority mail and bubble wrap to protect your plate. WE do not make money from shipping. Whatever it costs us to ship we charge it accordingly. We understand your concerns about worrying about your decal getting damaged during shipment therefore our preferred method of sending decal shipments are Tube Mailers. For larger decals, we ship them either in large envelopes or bigger tube mailers. We use Ebay's shipping label service so when we print your shipping label Ebay automatically send us and customer email with the tracking information.

International Shipping - Canadian Customers- Global Shipping Program by Ebay:
We only use Ebay's Global Shipping Service for international shipping.Because of the regular USPS international shipping we used in the past and being extremely unreliable and packages getting delayed and being hold at customs for very long period of time or mysteriously disappearing or not arriving at all made us to review our shipping practices. Currently we only ship via Global shipping service, we understand its more expensive for buyers but at least it is the most guaranteed international shipping method we used so far. I just would like to have a friendly reminder that due to customs, regulations, and your local post office rules sometimes shipments are getting delayed and this is unfortunately beyond our control I am just asking you to be please understanding and patient for such occasions. International shipments can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive due to customs and regulations of your local post offices.. Please do not leave negative feedback because of this, this is completely beyond our control as international shipment delays are somewhat inevitable. All customs, duties and extra costs are paid by buyer and we as seller are not responsible from such extra costs.

Where is my Item?:
 
Please use tracking information Ebay automatically sent to your email. We have no extra information about your package, once it leaves our shop we have no control over your item, so whatever you see on your tracking info we see exact same information.   As a seller time to time I randomly check tracking information for packages for random customers to see if they arrived because I care my customers, if I miss that and there is any problem etc. If your package is delayed, or something happened please do not open a case with ebay, that just sounds like as if we do not want to help, which is definitely not the case... let us know just sending us an email and explaining the situation and we will do our best to fix the situation we won't ignore you, worse case scenario we will re-send the package and it won't cost you a penny. Please do not leave us negative feedback, try to be patient and understanding that we are here to help if a problem occurs, we try our best to make customers happy and provide worry free service.

The most important thing to understand here is we do not personally drive around and deliver packages so please kindly understand that we do our best to provide great customer service for you and we strongly believe that our valuable customers need utmost respect and they deserve to be happy. We do our job properly and in a timely manner, and ship your item fast, but unfortunately no matter how hard we try there is always someone somewhere at post office or delivery guy not doing their job properly and because of this your package possibly delayed or lost. When this happens trust me as a seller I get upset too because I don't want my customers to be upset, I want all of them happy, I want all of them smile, so please if this situation happens understand that this has nothing to do with us, but be sure that we will do whatever it takes to make you happy by re-sending the item. Most of the time when an item get stuck somewhere or delayed it eventually arrives, so when that happens, please just keep it as a gift from us, please do not try to return.


It says my item is delivered but I did not get it, what can I do?:           

Please be patient, This may have happened because sometimes for example when you live in an Apartment complex they leave your package in Apartment Office, please make sure you check the office. And again most of the time your neighbor, friend or colleague picks up your package for you so no one else picks it up, please ask around and find out if someone you know took the package for you. And sometimes the item was delivered somewhere else like your neighbors for example please ask around. And sometimes its being wrong scanned at USPS office and even though it says delivered it may have been still at the truck or at post office and most of the time it gets delivered in a day or two(Carrier scanned the package as delivered either before leaving on his route at at the recipient's doorstep, then, for any number of reasons, failed to actually deliver it.) , please ask your regular delivery guy next day and he will tell you where your package is. To our years of experience, when we as seller call local post office and start official investigation they mysteriously find your package so calling your local post office is good idea.

If your ebay confirmed shipment address and paypal confirmed shipment addresses are completely different E-bay recommends us to ship it to paypal verified address, if you have such situation please make sure correct the situation .
