UK Delivery:  

All our products are in stock. We will dispatch your item within 3 working days from payment being received.  

However, we aim to send it within 24 hours.  Your item will arrive by standard 2nd class post unless otherwise stated or requested.

Overseas:  

We will dispatch your item within 3 working days from payment being received.  However, we aim to send it within 24 hours.  

Your item will arrive by Airmail.  PLEASE NOTE:  The Post Office states that, in some cases, items can take up to 

6 weeks to arrive at their overseas destination.

P&P Charges:  

We try to be competitive with our postage and packaging charges.  The charge includes the postal charge, packaging materials, time and labour.

Returns:  

Returns are accepted.  Please note that the buyer pays return postage cost unless goods are faulty.   If on receipt, you decide its not for you we will ask you to 

send it back and refund you the cost of the item only.  If the goods are faulty we will ask you to send them back and issue a full refund.   However, every 

item is personally checked before dispatch.

In the unlikely event of any problems occuring, we would appreciate your contact before leaving negative feedback as this can be damaging for our business.  

When you receive your item we would be grateful for your feedback.  We will immediately return the favour.


Our aim is to dispatch within 48 hours, although in most cases we dispatch within 24 hours (weekend and bank holiday orders are promptly dealt with on the next available working day).

Once handed over to Royal Mail for delivery they will deliver your item based on the delivery service you have chosen:

First Class: although usually next day, this is not always the case and Royal Mail can can take up to 3 working days to deliver and in worst cases they advise to wait 15 working days (Mon-Sat). Items do usually arrive well within this time but if it hasn't then we are happy to offer a replacement or refund where a replacement is not available.

Second Class: usually 2 days but again, Royal Mail can take up to 7 working days to deliver and in worst cases they advise to wait 15 working days (Mon-Sat). Items do usually arrive well within this time but if it hasn't then we are happy to offer a replacement or refund where a replacement is not available.

Airmail: this varies and and in worst cases Royal Mail advise to wait 28 working days (Mon-Sat). Items do usually arrive well within this time but if it hasn't then we are happy to offer a replacement or refund where a replacement is not available.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Items you have changed your mind on may be returned within 7 days for a refund on the cost of item only; no postage costs will be refunded.

Damaged items must be sent back to us and will be replaced (subject to stock) or refunded.
