     to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.   

   Therefore, they will not break down and deform or crack up

      like cork or neoprene.

Gasket is 1/8" thick silicone.

Reusable.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Wash the cover and cylinder flange with solvent .    

Remove all traces of oil.

The surfaces must be DRY  - DON'T USE OIL OR LUBE OF ANY TYPE.

TORQUE :  20-25 INCH POUNDS     

Do not over tighten!

If the gasket starts to bulge or "pooch out" that 

is a sign of over tightening, back off on the torque a bit.


TO REUSE GASKET:  

Wash gasket BRIEFLY  in hot water and soap.   

Rinse well & dry all surfaces thoroughly.   

Re-install using the above installation instructions.
