This t-shirt is in good pre-owned condition with no rips holes stains tears separations etc. and with normal wear present throughout due to age wash use etc. The decals are in good condition with minimal wear and no cracking or separations.  A great find for any Brandon Phillips or Cincinnati Reds fan! Measurements are as follows:

From underarm to underarm: 18 ½”

From underarm to bottom of t-shirt: 17”
