Returns Policy
Returns will only be accepted if items are unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags / labels still attached and suitable for re-sale.
All returns are inspected for the above criteria and if not met, items will be returned back to the customer at an additional charge.
We will process your return within 48 hours once we receive your item/s. Once this has been processed, we will send you confirmation.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item then send it back to us and we will refund you or send you the correct item assuming we still have the product and the size in stock.
What happens if an item is missing from my parcel?
Sometimes an item may be missing from your parcel when you receive it even though we have strict policy controls when checking all our orders before dispatching them. If an item is missing, then get in contact with us and we will investigate the matter and if necessary arrange for the item to be sent again.

All the images are as accurate as possible in terms of colours, style & measurements. However, due to the differences in screens and systems used by our customers, colours/shades may not be exact to the true product.
