* The Vinyl Revolution Quality Guarantee is guided by our desire to satisfy your needs as a customer while being sensitive to our capabilities as a small business. We handle free replacements and returns on a case-by-case basis with the goal of providing you with the best possible experience of our products. We are a small business and strive to keep our customers happy and our processes transparent. We differentiate between replacements resulting from product defects (where we replace your item free of charge) and returns resulting from you no longer wanting the product (where you are responsible for returning the product in its original condition). We will refund your order within 7 days of receipt of the returned items. Items damaged during application do not qualify for a free replacement.

We take great pride in our product quality. If your product has any significant defects, you are eligible for a free replacement provided the following conditions are met: 1) you have not tried to use or apply the product in any way (we do not accept returns for items damaged during application); 2)
you have notified us within 30 days of receipt of the product; 3) you do not use the product after initiating a return claim. We ship all our products in strong protective packaging. We process returns for items damaged during transit on a case by case basis. If this occurs, please send us a message so we can solve the problem for you and take necessary action with our shipping partners.
