Choosing your seal
- Check your measurements (Glass thickness, gap to bath/tray and length are suitable for this seal.
- We would advise using a seal with a fin roughly 2-5mm bigger than your maximum gap. If your gap varies please remember this may make the seal a little tight at the smaller gap end but you can always cut the seal back slightly with scissors if needed.
- If you are unsure which seal to order you can post us a small piece of your old seal and we will try to match it for you.
- Simply remove your old seal and clean the glass. Starting at the hinge end and from below the door push the seal up on to the glass an inch or so at a time. Do not try to slide the seals on to the glass as this may result in damage. No lubricant or glue should be needed but you may find installation is made easier by warming the seal slightly in warm water or with a hair dryer first.
- These seals are 900mm long and are sold straight and as sold are suitable for straight doors only. If you would like one of these seals for a curved door please contact us as we can quote to curve them to order for you. Shower Seal UK is a family owned business that was set up back in 2012 by brothers Paul and Darren Wenham and has steadily grown to become the largest stockist of Shower Seals in the UK. Paul was a plumber and bathroom fitter and Darren worked in a bathroom showroom so both had a wealth of knowledge in the plumbing and bathroom sector. Paul regularly needed replacement shower seals for his customers and would ask his brother for help in sourcing replacements as they were notoriously difficult to buy.
What was needed was a company that provided simple clear images and measurements of the seals along with excellent customer service, so a throwaway comment of ‘maybe we should start a business together sourcing and selling shower seals’ turned in to the thriving business you see today! Shower Seal UK started with just 10 seals (these remain SEAL001 to SEAL010 to this day) and slowly over time extra seals have been added to the range.
As the business has grown, new locations have had to be found to hold all of the stock, so in 2018 a move was made to a 200m² three- floor warehouse. This has allowed us to be much more organised and grow the business by expanding into new areas such as Shower Door Wheels and Handles. The stock today includes over four hundred designs and lengths of shower and bath seals, over one hundred shower door rollers and more than twenty designs of shower door handles.
We list products on eBay in the clearest way possible with measurements provided to try to ensure customers purchase the correct item. In addition to this we are available on the phone to answer any questions and provide advice where needed, or there is our email or WhatsApp number to send photos to. We are also happy for customers to post samples to us to see if we can find the correct seal for them. Our website also allows samples to be purchased so customers can try out various seals before purchasing the full length.
We now supply seals to Wholesalers, shops and tradesmen across the UK as well as to hotels, luxury yacht builders and the general public to anywhere in the World. We believe the growth of the business has not only been down to hard work but also our philosophy of keeping things simple and ensuring the best level of customer service and advice at all times.

We use a range of couriers to deliver your order, based on your location, the size, length and quantity of your order and the shipping service selected. Our dispatch system is automated and will select the most appropriate service based on these variables.
If you select standard delivery your order will normally arrive within a maximum of 2-3 working days. Express deliveries are sent on a 1-2 working day service but most will be delivered next working day. If your item has not arrived within 5 working days on either service then please contact us via eBay messages
Shipping is FREE to all of the UK on smaller items and 95% of Mainland UK on larger items*. Please allow an extra day for deliveries to remote areas (Highlands, Isle of Man etc)
We make every effort to dispatch all orders placed up until 2pm on the same working day, any order placed after 2pm may not be dispatched until the next working day.

If you purchase an item which is faulty please contact us within 7 working days from the date of delivery. We will then provide either a replacement or refund. If we require you to return the faulty item to us that will need to be sent recorded at the buyers cost. If the item is found to be faulty we will then refund any return postage costs. We will not pay for return postage on any items returned not faulty.
