If you have not received your item (after shipping time frame), I will do my best to help.

Please, before you open a case, check if:

1) You have the right shipping address in ebay.

2) You have paid the item.

It is very difficult to follow what happened months ago.


Tracking of Deutsche Post:
In case of Tracking by Deutsche Post. It shows the time the shipment was handed over to the postal service of the receiving country. Ebay allready marks the shipment as received. From there on it depends on the national postal service. 

Estimated delivery time to your country is made by ebay. I do not have any influence on the estimation.

In case of ITALY:
Items are usually shipped the same day or the next working day.
In almost all cases the items arrive very fast to italy.
How long it takes inside ITALY it depends on the italian postal service. 
As allready written, I do not make the estimated time of delivery. It comes from ebay.
