·         Shipping time:  We'll endeavor to send your order within 24 hours after payment clear. Items normally been sent by Startrac Express air bag or TNT Express or Australia post.  

·         Shipping address: Unclaimed, insufficient or incorrect shipping address will occur delivery failure and return postage. We will only arrange re-shipment after buyer pay returned postage and new shipping cost. For buyers, that is very important to check your shipping address after check-out.   Please provide to us:  your name and company name if applicable, contact mobile number, address,  if it is ok to leave item outside of your door if nobody home.

·         Combined Postage: multi-purchasing are welcome, most of our items can do combine postage, please let us know your interested items with eBay item No. and your post code to confirm final postage.  

Payment Details

·         Payment method: Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received. We accept:

·         PayPal, for PayPal e-check payment customers, funds will be cleared about 5 days, please be patient.

·         Direct deposit or internet transfer (EFT), please provide eBay item No. and eBay ID for references and message to 0466738321 or via ebay message.

·         Payment time: Payments must be made within 3 days of purchase date. After 3days, a reminder will be sent to you.

Refunds& Returns 

·         Return: We also can accept product back if you changed your mind within 30 Days of its shipping, Freight both ways ($15 EACH WAY)  is not refundable and product must be in original new condition and packaging.

·         Please note that where shipping is free of charge, all returned items will have the actual shipping charges ($15 EACH WAY) deducted from the refund or credit. 

·         FITTED, USED OR DAMAGED products are not returnable.

·         Damaged Item: Damages can be happened in transit, please inform your delivery driver if the package is broken before you sign the document.  Please also contact us via eBay message asap with image. We will send replace parts ASAP. We only accept returning goods if parts replace cannot be supplied. 

·         Later Usages: If you intend to use the item at a later date, after the 14 days, you must open all the boxes and check for damages or faults within the 14 day period after your item has been delivered and notify us immediately, as late claims (after 14 days) for damages or faults will not be 100% guaranteed to be accepted.
