Wiring diagram is as follow:

1) Brown (12V DC)

2) Blue (24V AC)

3) White (NC/Normally Closed)

4) Black (Ground/GND/Negative)

5) Gray (NO/Normally Open)

Note: Brown and Blue wires only one can be connected at the same time, White and Gray only one can be connected at the same time, check if your system is NO or NC if you don't know switch the cables if they don't work when you first connect it
