I have to revise this listing as I have been advised that the piece is actually not Ancient.  It is not Marble.
It is however a cast piece that museums used to lend out in an effort not have the original marble pieces  damaged.  This beautiful Cast of a Marble is from the 1800-1900's  I have revised the listing and price to reflect
a very rare find.  This piece was among many Collectible Antiques/Artifacts my husbands uncle had.
While I like it...I really do not have a place for it.

We have searched for information on it...but have come up a little short.  What we know for sure....
A- Cast of a Marble Women's Head/bust looking over her right shoulder.
B- it is from the Nat. Arch Museum and consider to be "Exhibitions of a Cast"
C- The Catalogue No is 77
D- The Fragment  is from the "Acropolis of Athens from about 410 b.C.
E Cast is from 1800-1900
