The waist is 17" across the front. Length is 20". Not sure how to take the hip measurement since it is a skort and has a fold in the front - i would say 21" or so flat and not stretched

Please do not post low ratings on shipping and delivery time when leaving me a
feedback. I know that many sellers offer FREE shipping. Most of them are Power-sellers,
make a living on EBay, operate with higher volumes of merchandise, and can actually
afford to forfeit shipping charges. For teeny-tiny occasional sellers like me, this is
not possible with all the EBay and PayPal fees. I always post the next day after
payment has been made and the delivery time is out of my control once I drop the package off at the post office.
